St. John of God Ballarat will once again hold the Medi Marathon 21, 10 and 5km run on the shores of Lake Wendouree on September 20th, 2009. We will also be running a six month training program for anyone interested.

The run is a loop course of Lake Wendouree incorporating the Moneghetti track and the inside lane of Wendouree Parade. It is a fantastic course not only for participants but for spectators as well. The Medi Marathon is a great opportunity for participants to join in the spirit of the event, whilst increasing their health and fitness.

Shane Nankervis is once again the Medi Marathon Ambassador. This event is proudly supported by the Ballarat Tann Clan. Lead by Richard Tann. In 2007 and 2008 entrants enjoyed running alongside Shane and Steve Moneghetti – stay tuned for details on who else will be there to run with in 2009!
